LEEDing Edge Tower is an unbuilt mixed use residential high-rise design in downtown San Diego. This design featured many innovative solutions to difficult program requirements, including a phased construction schedule allowing each portion of the tower to be erected independently, and a robotic garage which makes efficient use of the irregularly shaped site.
